The slurry is churned within the drum creating a centrifugal force causing stones and other debris to roll to the outer sides of the machine. The slurry is then drawn up through the removable steel mesh filter & chopped by the PTO powered tensile steel blades before being distributed to its intended place.
The 4” flanged mounting on the pressure side of the pump is suitable for three way valves allowing the operator to change tasks at a flick of a lever. Maintenance is simple and the safety of the operator is ensured with two large access doors & smooth walls allowing for quick cleaning of the interior.
There are a range of pumps available including the Elba Centrifugal Chopper Pump with a max head of 70m & output 6500 l/min & a choice of Doda Pumps including the L27 & L35 Chopper Pumps both with 90m head & flow rates of 3300 l/min and 4300 l/min respectfully.
